Apartment description
The 38 m² apartment is situated on the 6th floor with a high-speed elevator.
The apartment features a large balcony with a table and chairs for the summer months.
Space: The area around the building includes a local playground, well-maintained and landscaped like a garden, with publicly accessible parking spaces. There is a well-developed shopping and service infrastructure nearby, including numerous stores such as Lidl, Biedronka, Auchan, a bakery, playgrounds, and green recreational areas.
The city center is approximately 10-15 minutes away by car.
In the apartment, we offer free WiFi, satellite TV with over 130 channels, including HD, an ironing set (iron and ironing board), bed linen, towels, coffee, tea, and sugar.
