Apartment description
We offer you a 2-room apartment with an area of 45 m² located at 20a Zdunów Street on the 4th floor with an elevator.
The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs during the summer, making it perfect for a family stay and relaxation.
In the apartment, we provide free WiFi, satellite TV with over 80 channels, including HD, an ironing set (ironing board and iron), bed linen, towels, coffee, tea, sugar, and spices.
Place Surrounded by well-developed shopping and service infrastructure: numerous shops, pizzerias, and restaurants, including, for example, Żabka, Biedronka, etc., as well as a playground for children.
The apartment is fully equipped.
LIVING ROOM: a 2-seater sofa bed, coffee table, TV table, television, table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOM: double bed 160x200, large 3-door wardrobe.
Guests have access to the KITCHEN with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stove, as well as a tableware set, cutlery, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and other utensils. Dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies are also provided.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, a hairdryer, and amenities such as soap, toilet paper, laundry capsules, and a set of towels for each guest.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer.
For guests with cars, we offer a private parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee of 20 PLN/day. There is no publicly available parking nearby, and parking along Zdunów Street is prohibited.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE RENTAL OF THE PARKING SPACE MUST BE PROVIDED NO LATER THAN THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL to leave the garage gate and barrier remote control.
Delivery of the remote control on the day of arrival is an additional cost of 50 PLN.
