Apartment description
BLUE PEARL is a luxurious apartment located in the Apartamenty Kaskada housing estate at Dobrego Pasterza Street 120. This 2-room apartment, spanning 45 m², is situated on the 3rd floor of a 10-story building with a high-speed elevator. The apartment features a 6m² balcony with a table and chairs.
We provide complimentary WiFi, satellite TV with over 130 channels, including HD, an ironing set (board and iron), bedding, towels, coffee, tea, and sugar.
Space: The apartment is luxuriously equipped.
- BEDROOM: with a large double bed and a wardrobe.
- LIVING ROOM: with a sofa bed, a table with chairs, a TV, and furniture.
Guests have access to a kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, oven, as well as a dining set, cutlery, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and other utensils. Additionally, we provide dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies.
The bathroom features a shower cabin with a rain showerhead, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a clothes dryer, soap, toilet paper, and a complete set of towels for each guest.
Other Important Information: Surrounding the area is a well-developed commercial and service infrastructure, including numerous shops (including Żabka, Biedronka, Auchan), playgrounds, green and recreational areas. The apartment is located right next to Aqapark and Multikino.
