Apartment description
|
We would like to present a new offer to you: a luxury and superb Red Diamond apartment with 50m2 space, located in the new, ultra-modern Angel City apartment complex. Underground parking spaces are available with 24h security. The apartment is located in the very heart of Krakow, opposite to the Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. Only 3 minutes walk from the PKP Main Railway Station and PKS Coach Stations, and 6 minutes walk from the Market Square. Balice Airport is a handy 15 minutes away by train or 30 minutes driving. The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing in the Old Town, not only during the day but also at night, as there is no need to use public transport. Lying in direct proximity to Krakow’s Main Square and the beautiful Juliusz Słowacki Theatre and other historical monuments, you’ll be immersed in the unique atmosphere of our city.
Apartment has one bedrom with big double bed and big wardrobe. In the living room with kitchen, there are two double sofa, LCD FULL HD TV with satellite and N cable television with a lot of HD programs connected to the home theatre, DVD films library majority of them with Polish and English version, wi-fi and cable internet access. Luxury kitchen has pots and pans, cutlery for 6 people, microwave, dishwasher, coffee brewer, electric cooker with oven, hoover and floor heating. Superb bathroom with bath which can be use as shower, towels complete, washing machine, hair-dryer and floor heating.
The price includes internet and satellite tv. It\'s possible to reserve parking space in an underground garage in the same building for 10EUR per day. Apartment is located on the first floor with windows directly to the patio side.

The single night stay is charged 50% over the price specified above.
For booking over 6 nights is offered the discount rate of 5%.
For booking over 29 nights is offered the discount rate of 25%.
10% discount for Last Minute reservation until 3 days priori arrival.
2% discount for First Minute reservation over 90 days before arrival.
Children under 6 stay for free if they sleep in their own bed or with their parents and do not require any extra sheets.
25% maximum discount.

For your reservation 1 nights in term 2012-05-17 do 2012-5-18 for 2 persons you will pay :

Algorithm for price calculation:
324 PLN = 1 night(1 x 240 PLN in season B) per 2 persons
+ 50 % mark-up for one-night stay
- 10% discount for Last Minute reservation
